What we collect and why
The waitlist
When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the date and version of the consent you gave, the page you signed up from and your country as estimated by our hosting provider. We do not store your IP address.
We use it only to email you news about The Fraternity: playtest invites and launch news. The legal basis is your consent (article 6.1.a of the GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to hello@playthefraternity.com. The waitlist is for people aged 18 or over.
We keep your data until you withdraw your consent, and at most until twelve months after the game is released.
Emails you send us
If you write to us we keep the conversation to answer you, based on our legitimate interest in replying.
Visiting the website
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. If you press “Stop the blinking”, your browser remembers that choice on your device; nothing is sent to us. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify you. To keep bots off the waitlist, the form may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical data from your browser (such as your IP address) only to tell people and bots apart.
Who processes the data
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website and the waitlist as our data processor; the waitlist is stored on its infrastructure in the European Union. Our email is provided by Zoho Corporation B.V. from its European data centres. Should any data reach the United States, Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, take it with you (portability) and withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@playthefraternity.com. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Changes
If we change how we use your data we will update this page, and ask for your consent again when the law requires it.

Qué datos tratamos y para qué
Lista de espera. Al apuntarte guardamos tu correo electrónico, la fecha y la versión del consentimiento que diste, la página desde la que te apuntaste y tu país según lo estima nuestro proveedor de alojamiento. No guardamos tu dirección IP.
Los usamos solo para enviarte novedades de The Fraternity: invitaciones a pruebas y noticias del lanzamiento. La base legal es tu consentimiento (artículo 6.1.a del RGPD), que puedes retirar cuando quieras respondiendo a cualquiera de nuestros correos o escribiendo a hello@playthefraternity.com. La lista de espera es para mayores de 18 años.
Conservamos tus datos hasta que retires tu consentimiento y, como máximo, hasta doce meses después del lanzamiento del juego.
Correos que nos envías. Si nos escribes, guardamos la conversación para responderte, por nuestro interés legítimo en contestar.
Visitas a la web. Este sitio no usa cookies de seguimiento ni de publicidad. Si pulsas «Stop the blinking», tu navegador recuerda esa elección en tu dispositivo; no nos llega nada. Contamos las visitas con Cloudflare Web Analytics, que no usa cookies ni te identifica. Para mantener la lista libre de bots, el formulario puede usar Cloudflare Turnstile, que trata datos técnicos de tu navegador (como la IP) solo para distinguir personas de bots.
Encargados del tratamiento
Cloudflare, Inc. aloja la web y la lista de espera como encargado del tratamiento; la lista se guarda en su infraestructura de la Unión Europea. Nuestro correo lo presta Zoho Corporation B.V. desde sus centros de datos europeos. Si algún dato llegara a Estados Unidos, Cloudflare está adherida al Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. No vendemos tus datos ni los cedemos a nadie más.
Tus derechos
Puedes pedir el acceso, la rectificación o la supresión de tus datos, oponerte a su tratamiento o limitarlo, solicitar su portabilidad y retirar tu consentimiento escribiendo a hello@playthefraternity.com. Si crees que no hemos tratado bien tus datos, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
Cambios
Si cambiamos el uso de tus datos actualizaremos esta página y, cuando la ley lo exija, volveremos a pedirte el consentimiento.
